When every guest needs to be able to eat everything on the table, halal catering is not an option you tick, it is the whole menu. Ours is halal from start to finish, cooked fresh by our family for events across Darwin and Palmerston.
We cater Eid gatherings, aqiqah and walima dinners, weddings, birthdays, mosque and community events, and office lunches where the team needs a halal option that everyone will actually enjoy.
Popular catering dishes are mutton kacchi biryani in trays, whole and half chicken mandi, lamb shoulder and lamb leg mandi platters, and samosas and spring rolls for a starter table, finished with a tray of Bengali sweets.
