Biryani in Darwin, Cooked Fresh to Order
Proper biryani takes time, so we cook ours to order rather than keeping trays warm all day. Place your order before the cut-off and collect it fresh on the pickup date we publish.
Mutton kacchi biryani is the one people come back for: marinated mutton and aged basmati layered raw and sealed, so the meat and rice cook into each other rather than being stirred together at the end.
We also cook chicken biryani, beef tehari and chicken mandi, in single boxes and family trays. Every dish lists its serving size, its pickup date and the last time we can take an order for it.
